There were two recent site plan review submissions for Kalamazoo's Eastside Neighborhood.
1802 E Main St. is a proposed renovation of a
vacant property for a new restaurant. Two blocks south, 1601 E Main St. involves a new
2-story, mixed-use commercial / residential building on this
vacant corner lot.
Both are smaller-scale projects, but important pieces in a bigger plan to revitalize the core of this neighborhood -
