Yes indeed... Battle Creek's 4th tallest was overdue for a refresh! I really hope the dark color turns out well on it. From the below rendering, it looks like they are painting or staining the existing brick, as opposed to cladding over it. The exception being the vertical elements, which I assume are some sort of metal cladding -

donated land near Wings Stadium. From the preliminary renderings, it looks like a pretty cool design -
