This takes the worst of town and suburb, its fascinating.
The area is undergoing a major development push. City Park has seen 2 of 5 towers built. There are talks that the movie theatre may be replaced by more condos. Then you have the 4 towers going up at the corner of Ogilvie and Cummings and a couple of other developments next to it on Cyrville. If that wasn't enough, construction is about to start on Tremblay, next to the VIA station. Finally, we also have a proposal for the huge lot bordering St. Laurent and Tremblay. The area will look nothing like it does now in 10 years from now.
