Here's a pretty big one for Lansing -
The developers of City View Apartments broke ground last month at the former Lake Trust Credit Union HQ. The development will bring 172 units to 501 and
503 S. Capitol Ave. in downtown Lansing. There will be 55 apartments in the repurposed HQ, and an additional 113 units in a new, adjacent building, which will also include 18,000 SF of commercial-retail space, 5,000 SF of which will be for a new gym and yoga studio called the Training Factory. The entire project represents a combined investment of more than $31 million and is expected to be complete in late 2022 -
