Site plan review drawings have been submitted for
1430 Alamo Ave. Never have I been more excited for a drug rehab. facility project. This building, a former skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, has been vacant for years. Hobbs+Black is the design architect. It seems like a fairly straightforward conversion, given the previous use, and it doesn't look like there is any sort of proposed exterior addition. Exterior upgrades include new windows & finishes. Given the age of the building, I'm sure a lot of the expense will be in abatement and building systems.
