Oh wow. 5 stories & 52 units would be huge for this area.
The BRA has been trying to get that site developed for years. It looks like they
will salvage a bit of it -
the 2-story brick portion along Porter appears to show in the rendering. Or maybe they are reconstructing that façade, or replicating it? It also looks like the designers are channeling the unofficial colors of all new development in this area - red, white, and gray
I'll add this one to the rundown!
