Work resumed on the new Soo Lock project this week, after a winter hiatus. Phase One work, which involves deepening the upstream channel to the Sabin and Davis Locks, will continue through November of this year. Phase Two work, which involves rehabilitating and stabilizing the upstream approach walls, will also start later this year -
