While it's an unexpected use, it is nice to see that something is going to occupy the old print shop at
10 Mills Street. It's too bad more of the historic architecture in this area wasn't saved. This area has seen a lot of disinvestment. The city just cleared out a winter homeless camp behind here, and the entire area sits in the flood plane. Hopefully, this new occupancy helps stabilize the property and the area and will lead to new investments -
