Yes - it looks that way. I hope it gets built too. It would make the Skyrise Apartments building not stick out so much, even though this would only be about half the height of it. It would also help "legitimize" the case for taller buildings south of the main "highrise core" centered near Michigan, Burdick, & Rose. I hope there would not be too much NIMBYism against this thing. But especially with the new form based code for downtown, they might not have much ground to stand on.
