Niles -

Let's jump to Niles, which also has not been featured on here yet. Frederick Construction recently wrapped up the new Niles Community Health Center. The 30,000 SF building provides 26 exam rooms, behavioral health services, OB services, and physician services. There is also an on-site pharmacy with a drive-up window.

It opened late last year, Frederick just posted some final construction photos. This was constructed largely with the aid of a $300K grant from Spectrum Health Lakeland. The new facility is operated by Cassopolis Family Clinic Network, which serves Berrien and Cass Counties. The project is located east of downtown Niles at 1951 Oak Street. More info here.
