Yeah pretty much.
It's a tough one, because I'm happier with it than the empty surface lot. And I know some folks who worked on it and it was not an easy project to pull off with financial and scheduling constraints (when is it ever?)...
...but a building this tall only comes around once in a generation in Kzoo and something with more grace certainly would have been welcome. We take what we can get, here. I think it looks best at night, when it is lit up inside & out and the harshness of the concrete, EIFS, and paneling dissolves from sight.
