BC Place is being used by the Whitecaps on the 17th and by the Lions on the 24th of August.
Commonwealth is being used by the Eskimos on the 9th and 23rd of August.
Mosaic is open for just over three weeks in August between the 1st and 24th. I'm presuming Mosaic is being proactive in looking for dates to fill for the stadium. They have a track record of looking for different events to fill the schedule (outdoor hockey, international soccer, and now an NFL preseason game).
