And it won't do anything for the main downtown local routes along Bank, Rideau, etc., except make things worse as more and more resources get pulled from the bus portion of the transit system, and more and more bus resources get pulled from urban routes to be reassigned to the politically powerful suburban areas.
Every time I start thinking that the bus system within downtown can't get any worse, it gets worse.
