The City's timeline to evict tenants was probably in line with the initial Stage 2 construction start of Q1 2018. It seems they never adjusted for the nearly 2 year delay.
I'm so far unimpressed with the way Stages 1 and 2 have been progressing. It's like they're not taking this seriously. Meanwhile, the current bus service continues to be slashed and reliability is is trending down while fares are rising fast.
The worse thing possibly is that the City is touting Stage 1 as the saviour of our transit system, as if this short line will make the entire system unbelievably fast, comfortable and reliable. It won't. It's going to be a pain until Stage 2 opens (and Stage 3 for Kanata and Barrhaven), if it ever does.
