KALAMAZOO, MI -- A Kalamazoo developer is receiving incentives to build offices and 18 market-rate apartments northwest of downtown. Developer 615 Holdings LLC plans to redevelop a property formerly used as an auto body repair shop at 615 W. Kalamazoo Ave. The $4 million project would replace an existing structure with two three-story buildings, each totaling 12,000 square feet, and is expected to create 20-24 full-time jobs.
