An update was added to the site plan. The old house is part of the project. It will serve as the amenity center for a connected 7-story apartment building: six levels of apartments and a partially underground parking level. There will be only 24 apartments. So the "tower" will be skinny. It will also be affordable senior living. Details are in the site plan attachment:
