GRAND HAVEN, MI - Owners of a newly built restaurant on a Lake Michigan beach expect to open in time for Thanksgiving. Noto's at the Bil-Mar will replace the 46-year-old Bil-Mar Restaurant on Grand Haven's Lake Michigan beachfront.
"The view is spectacular," said co-owner Tony Noto.
The building's exterior is nearing completion, kitchen equipment is on its way, signs are expected to be in place during early November and furniture has been ordered, he said...
