MUSKEGON, MI - A custom home builder based in Grand Rapids has purchased property in downtown Muskegon with plans to build multi-family homes. Dave Dusendang, who owns and operates Dusendang Custom Homes, wants to build three new multi-family residences at 241 and 255 W. Western Ave., and another at 1251 8th St., according to documents provided to the Muskegon City Commission.
