Great if the homeless are genuinely unfortunate folks running out of luck but want to get back to being normal again. Here in Vancouver, many are addicts who have their mental health stained by abuses, with some even habitually committing petty crimes to help feed their habit. How can house owners trust them to give their backyard homes to these people? Would you?
