Kotliz's image who created the original version, which the creator of that video then edited a bit.
The tallest tower there is a photoshopped image of the north side of 360 Condominiums. In
Kotliz's image, he added a shrunken image of the top of the UT Tower for the crown, and then added a spire atop that. He then placed it in the photo that the Tree apartment project used for their marketing.

Kotliz also followed that up with this 2nd image, in which he added the Burj Khalifa to Austin's skyline. This is a real building in Dubai, UAE. It's 2,717 feet tall.
