Yeah, in some respects it's unfortunate that the buildings are being sold as a group. The pool of potential buyers would be a lot larger if they were sold individually... relatively few would have the capacity to take on all of them.

That block is big enough that it has the potential to really take the Exchange to the next level. If the buildings were renovated in a way that made good use of the space with residential and commercial space, it would really inject a lot of vitality into the immediate surroundings. At least it's still possible... a hydro substation would have killed any hope of that ever happening.
