I agree. In China, one way to handle illegally parked cars is to push them with an excavator. Chinese do not play around and when it comes to towers, they are on top of things, and quick too! Some projects in L.A. funded by the Chinese moved so quickly from proposal to steel.

I hope its something that will stand out. Location is impeccable for a great design. Hope they push it to the limit in terms of design, and height.
