I do agree with you that city-data is a bit less focused on development information and the forumers tend to get sidetracked by negative postings. I just left a post basically expressing how frustrating it is to try to have positive discussion when people tend to be hellbent on obsessing over negative things. With that said, SSP is really good for getting to the nitty gritty of development news and information.
Getting back to construction and development, does anyone have any news on the Onyx condo development that was supposed to go up a while ago in Midtown on 10th btw Peachtree and Piedmont, right next to Blue MedSpa? I know that there was this dispute between the condo developers and the spa that may have killed it. If Onyx has been cancelled, has anything else been planned for that site?
