Sure they are.
Airports have windows. So do other airplanes. When you fly you see all the planes around you, landing, taking off, taxiing. Like I said, this is a classic tax write-off, though. It is unlikely they will make any more money because of this. Though, if these planes will be used for what practically amounts to an "Olympic charter" it makes sense to have a special, distinctive, livery for it.
It's the same idea as wrapping a corporate building downtown with Olympic logos.
