The next page (23) shows a good "cross section" diagram of the APO and buildings in downtown Edmonton all the way to the river valley. You can see how the heights of the buildings and skyscrapers relate to the height limit set by the APO.
Pages 26 and 29 show some interesting post-YXD land use concept maps, including LRT.

Interesting. I think it might look a little weird having big commercial offices against residential neighbourhoods like Prince Rupert. Think maybe the Office and Residential they're proposing should switch
