Here's a guy who's attracting teenagers not only from downtown, but from all over the city downtown during the afternoon and evenings, on a regular basis. There's going to be some positive spinoff from that and I'd hope people can build on that.

I'm not into that stuff, but I've heard that this place is very cool and was done up nicely by the owners. Good stuff for King East.
