For all of those wanting to move downtown: I really enjoyed walking to art walk tonight. Looked at over 20 art galleries, bought some, drank some, walked to Guido's (1 block from my house), had a great dinner with friends and then had a drink-fest that can only happen in the city - hop on board.
I agree we need to do infill first to creat density downtown before we add height especialy to the west and north of down town , beinville is fine in terms of density. It sounded like you had fun kinda remind me when I was home for the summer ,down town is becoming very artsy which is good ,gives down town a little flavor.
