I believe you are referring to
Parcel I! I have been hoping for the same. It would frame the river nicely.
Parcel O is the hotel planned for the small parcel near Aqua Tower. Hopefully the demand will produce some action on the Tribune East parcel as well. The skyline could use a few more peaks.
