There is a video starting at 4:00 with a new video render, including the street level, and some interior render images. There's more depth to the massing than I initially thought. Interestingly this also shows the demolition of the Seashore House for a small park. There's too much traffic for that to be a nice place to spend time, but probably desired just for the landscaping and aesthetic. I don't think they'll build there unless they have to to not block the new patient windows, unless they build something short or expand the new hospital's ground floor eventually. EDIT: Looking a bit more closely, it looks like a future service road and parking ramp are also going in the Seashore House footprint
