Well, if the latest rendering is to be believed (see below), then there is indeed still a plan for a 3-story vertical expansion on the existing 2-story building! News about the groundbreaking on Wednesday also revealed to me that this project is now called "Lofts at Ironworks" - a slightly more descriptive name -
