I expect higher standards for a building owned by the #5 University in Canada, and according to US News and World Report the #138 globally ranked school out of almost 2,200 ranked in the World.

If I'm not mistaken, it's not owned by McMaster. I thought it was a private developer who entered into a long-term contract with Mac.
