i2theSKY, Not only the height and placement but I especially like the design mix and maybe even more the spires at the top. The Salt Lake skyline has arrived at a time when it needs to vary the tops of its high rises. We've talked about that off and on for over a decade now and this illustration is a major show of how attractive this possibility would be. Not a spindly like flagpole but spires that are substantial and a roofline that compliments the spire. That's pretty much what you have here.
