A bit surprsingly, this one went the opposite way from the current trend when it was bought out by Anthem as it went from being a rental to a condo building.
It's great to see the excavators are finally on site and the digging should start soon. The site's been cleared for several months now so it's good there's finally something happening here. I thought they might have been jammed up getting an excavation permit, or maybe Anthem was holding their powder on this while they tried to get Citizen (another long-gestating in site-clearance stage project) going a bit farther down the road. That one's been underway with excavation for some time now. |
Seems like excavation on this one has began in earnest after several weeks of nothing happening on the site after demolition and site prep was completed over a year ago.
