Supposed to be on 2710 Walkley Road. (corner of Walkley and which street?).
An advertisement panel is visible near Giant Tiger on Walkley corner Hawthorne.
Any schedule for this project?

It's a bit of a farce.
Actually, a total farce.
The building pictured is an existing hotel in San Francisco.


Incidentally though, there was a sign mounted for a constructor last week.
That's new.

They've also posted signs for "LAND FOR LEASE" so not sure how you can lease your land and build an imaginary hotel as well.
