What is happening with the Ex?

With all the ongoing talk about Lansdowne Park, there has been no talk about what is going to happen to the Ex and particularly what progress, if any, has taken place regarding the move to the Albion Road site or anywhere else? Does anybody know anything?

There do plan on returning to there roots which i am not sure how smart that is with all the fairs in the country.
