Nice little project. I'm not familiar with the area, but I'd imagine a project like this could bring any neighborhood up a notch

The neighbour on North River Road is selling. Coincidence? Maybe they should buy that property also and make the construction worth their time.

Also, there appears to be a lot of overhead wires around that property. I hope they have accounted for that.
