Lincoln is the capital city of Nebraska and the county seat of Lancaster County. Situated in on the flat, saline wetlands of northern Lancaster County, Lincoln is also the second largest city in the state. The cities economy is largely based on service, but also consists of banking, information technology, insurance, and rail and truck transport.
