Town of Colden is a town (township) in the sourthern part of Erie County, and is named after Caldwalder D. Colden, a former state senator. It contains the hamlets (unincorporated cities/villages) of Buffums Mills, Colden, and Glenwood. It is home to the LIN TV Tower, one of the oldest supertall television mast in the United States, completed in 1947.
