Description
Aeolus II was an experimental two-blade wind turbine with a generation power of 3 MW. It was, when built, the most powerful wind turbine in the world.
It was in use until end of 2007. After a major damage, whose repair was too expensive, it was demolished by explosives on February 14th, 2008.
