Description
• Design: RostovGrazhdanProject (architects V. Simonovich, L. Pushkova, constructor B. Sidelkovski)
• The tower was repainted into different shades of blue in 2003 and the name was changed from "Intourist" to "Congress-Hotel Intourist"; in 2006, the building was renovated again, as it received its current tiled facade and the "Don-Plaza" brand.
