Description
• Overtook the neighboring Mott Foundation Building as the tallest building in Flint upon its completion.

• The top ten stories off office space overhung the lower nine which included a parking garage and lobby levels.

• Had a length and width of 45.7 m and 36.6 m (source: City of Flint Assessor).

• Was totally vacated in 1997 when the National Bank of Detroit moved out.
