The tower was built as replacement of a concrete tower ( https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=46991 ), which was in bad structural state.

It is the tallest observation tower built of wood in the world.

The tower houses the highest slide in a building in Europe. It has a length of 120 metres and a height difference of 52 metres.
