Tianjin CTF Finance Centre, also known as the "Jin Gu Cudgel" and nicknamed the "Diamond of the North", stands on the Taida Street in Tianjin Binhai New Area, with a total height of 530.4 meters. It is currently the tallest building built in northern China, ranking fourth in China and ninth in the world.
This super high-rise complex was designed by a world-class design team, with a total construction area of approximately 390000 square meters, covering a variety of business formats: Grade A office space is located on the 7th to 43rd floors, brand retail stores and cultural and commercial spaces are arranged from the basement to the 5th floor of the podium, 365 ultra luxury hotel rooms are equipped on the 73rd to 93rd floors, and 249 high-end serviced apartments are planned on the 49th to 70th floors, deeply integrating artistic experience, commercial consumption, and office living.
The project has set 18 industry technological records, won nearly 200 domestic and international awards, holds 124 research and development patents, and has been awarded the title of "Tianjin Six Star Super Grade A Building". The 350 meter high viewing platform is a popular spot for tourists to check in on the scenery of the coastal city, and is now the most representative urban landmark in Tianjin Binhai New Area.
