Description
Architect: Sydney Kaye, Eric Firkin & Partners.

- The hotel was built on the former site of the Great Northern Railway station.

- The building was bombed 36 times by the IRA during The Troubles.

- The former 5-story rear wing of the hotel was expanded to 12 stories in 2008 adding 32 rooms. The expansion was designed by RPP Architects.
