Description
On April 27th, 1978 one of the cooling towers of the plant collapsed at construction, when it reached a height of 51 metres when pushing up the scaffold on. Hereby all 51 workers on the scaffold were killed. It is said, that this was the largest tragedy in construction engineering in USA.
