An alternative to the World Trade Centers Rebuilding. Would be the tallest building and structure in the world with a height of 1171 meters (3,844 feet), and the first that exceeds 1,000 meters (3,281 feet) in height. The tower contains as well the highest floor above ground at 914,4 meters (3,000 feet).

The building is supported my massive steel columns at the façade and contains a massive concrete core.

The restaurant is located in the 273 rdand 274th floor. It´s the highest restaurant in the world, over 900 meters above the ground.

The complex has an own park, a subway station and a shopping center, which contains more than 200 shops.

An antenna is within the spire.
