• Observation tower built of steel, which is additionally guyed by vertical ropes. Tower has two wheels above observation deck: one excentric and one concentric. The concentric wheel can rotate in strong winds ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WBMrvudDOUo ), which gave the tower the nickname "Hubschrauberturm" ( German for: "Helicopter Tower")
