• Estimated Cost: $420,000,000.
• The eastern part of this condominium tower replaced the Morris Building, demolished in 2001, where an interim surface parking lot has begun construction on the Mahoney site while zoning and construction documents are for the building, granted approval from Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustment on January 15, 2003. A modified version was approved in December 2005, reducing the garage podium by two floors (to eight overground), and the overall height from 615 to 585 feet.
