• The stadium able to hold 17023 spectators and officially opened on 4 August 2006 at cost of € 38 millions, is a multi-use stadium in Alkmaar, mostly used for football matches and home of soccer club AZ.
• There were plans to expand the stadium to 40,000 seats by August 2010. Plans were postponed after DSB-Bank, owner of AZ, bankrupted in 2009.
• Secondary drawing shows old situation with light-masts, on Saturday August 10, 2019 the roof collapse after a storm. In 2020 they rebuilt a new roof with a steel arch of 170m length
