Description
Thimble Hall is located in the Peak District village of Youlgreave, Derbyshire and it holds the record for the smallest detached house in the world.

Its external measurements are a mere 11ft 10in by 10ft 3in by 12ft 2in high.

It was reputedly occupied by a family of eight in the 19th century.

Currently classified as a "building-at-risk”, this grade II listed building is to be converted into a tiny gallery for high-quality local Derbyshire crafts.
